To truly convert the masses to love beans, we wanted to create a book that offers something for everyone.
Off the back of the first book’s success (and everything we learned from what YOU loved most), this new collection really dials up on flavour, new cuisines and new use cases for a vast array of bean varieties. The book is around 80% vegetarian, with beans as the star of every dish - but we’ve also included thoughtful plant-based swaps, plus a small selection of meat and fish options for added flexibility.
Every recipe has been tested rigorously with such care + attention to make sure it works in real kitchens. From salads that are ACTUALLY satisfying, to sharing dishes to impress your pals, and easy weeknight one-pots that will have you bookmarking pages you'll want on weekly rotation.

We also dive deeper into the historics + origins of beans, guiding you through the different varieties, flavour profiles and cultural roots of THE WORLDS BEST FOOD GROUP. By understanding each bean flavour profiles, we provide helpful swaps and alternatives beans in recipes.
